A. To Incheon Airport (Downtown Seoul ⇒ Incheon Airport)
1. Notify Your Destination Terminal: Before boarding, inform the driver of your specific terminal (T1 or T2) for efficient luggage loading and quick drop-off.
* Incheon Airport operates two separate terminals (Terminal 1: T1, Terminal 2: T2). Departure terminals vary by airline, so please check in advance.

2. Payment Methods(Important): Pay upon boarding using cash or transportation cards (T-money or postpaid transportation cards).
3. Payment Precautions:
a. Climate Cards, Discover Seoul Passes, and similar transit cards are not accepted.
b. Direct onboard credit card payments are not accepted.
In unavoidable circumstances, you must hand your card to the driver temporarily and process the payment upon arrival at Incheon Airport.
c. To prevent any security concerns or misunderstandings regarding credit card information, please prepare cash or a transit card beforehand.
4. First-Come, First-Served: Advance reservations (including online bookings) are not available. If the bus is full, please wait for the next departure.
5. Arrival Time: Check the timetable in advance and arrive at the bus stop 2–3 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
6. Boarding Protocol: If passengers are not waiting at the designated stop upon arrival, the bus may depart immediately.
B. To Downtown Seoul (Incheon Airport ⇒ Downtown Seoul)
1. Boarding Priority: Ticket holders receive first priority for boarding (Tickets can be purchased at ticket booths or kiosks).
* Note: At Incheon Airport T1, drivers may allow boarding with cash or transit cards approximately 1 minute before departure if seats remain available.
* Exception: At Incheon Airport T1, routes 6001, 6002, and 6015 operate on a first-come, first-served basis, accepting cash, transit cards, and paper tickets alike.
(For T2, a paper ticket is required for all routes.)
* Except for routes 6001, 6002, and 6015 at T1, boarding priority is not determined by line arrival or waiting order.
2. Drivers check tickets primarily to verify that you are boarding the correct route, not to confirm individual destinations.
3. Drivers cannot track every passenger's destination, so please press the stop bell before your destination.
C. Baggage Policy
1. Prevent Baggage Mix-Ups:
* Always double-check that the luggage is yours by checking its color, size, and shape.
* Attach a name tag or distinct identifier to your bags.
* Confirm ownership once again when retrieving your luggage.
* Any passenger who mistakenly takes another person's baggage will be held fully liable.
* When traveling toward the airport, inform the driver clearly whether you are heading to Terminal 1 (T1) or Terminal 2 (T2).
2. Standard Allowance: Up to 2 pieces of baggage are permitted per passenger. Each piece must be under 28 inches and weigh less than 20 kg.
* Maximum dimensions: Total dimensions (Length + Width + Height) must not exceed 158 cm.
* Allowed combination: 1 golf bag + 1 suitcase under 28 inches per passenger.
* Non-suitcase items (e.g., boxes) are subject to the same dimension and weight standards. Items that pose a risk of damaging other luggage or exceed the limits may be refused.
* Bicycles cannot be loaded due to the risk of damage to the bicycle and other luggage.
3. Oversized / Overweight Baggage: Baggage weighing 20 kg or more, or exceeding 28 inches, is limited to 1 piece per passenger.
4. Excess Baggage Surcharge: An additional fee of KRW 8,000 per extra piece applies for baggage exceeding the free allowance (KRW 4,000 for Gimpo Airport).
5. Carry-On Items: Any bags brought directly onboard inside the cabin are included in your total baggage allowance count.
6. Counted Items: Large backpacks, carry-ons, duffle bags, and holdalls are all counted as separate baggage items.
7. Fragile & Valuable Items: The bus company assumes no liability for damage to fragile or valuable goods stored in the lower luggage compartments.
8. Please carry fragile and sensitive items (glassware, bottles, precision equipment, cameras, musical instruments, etc.) directly into the cabin.
